Our policy for content uploads and performer verification on the Climaxx Media platform.

1. Purpose
This policy sets out how Climaxx Media Ltd verifies performer identities and manages the upload and distribution of adult content on our platform, in compliance with UK law and the Online Safety Act 2023.
2. Age Verification Requirements
All performers whose content appears on or is distributed through our platform must complete age verification:
- Valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence) is required.
- ID must be current and not expired.
- ID is checked against the performer's appearance. Any discrepancy is treated as a failed verification.
- Performers under 18 are never permitted on our platform. Any suspected under-age content is immediately removed and reported to the IWF and CEOP.
3. Consent Documentation
For all productions facilitated through our platform:
- Performers must sign a consent form before any content is created.
- Consent forms specify the content type, distribution rights, and any restrictions.
- Performers may withdraw consent for future distribution of content, subject to the terms agreed at production.
4. Content Standards
All content on our platform must comply with:
- The Obscene Publications Act 1959 (as amended)
- BBFC R18 classification guidelines
- Our ethical production policy
Content depicting non-consensual acts, violence without consent, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately.
5. Reporting Illegal Content
If you discover illegal content on our platform, report it immediately via our contact page. We will respond within 24 hours and report to the relevant authorities.
