Ethical porn production policy

1. Performer Consent and Autonomy

All adult film work arranged through Climaxx Media is consensual. We operate under the following principles:

• Performers have the right to withdraw consent at any point, before or during any shoot, without penalty or pressure.
• Scene content is agreed in writing before any booking is confirmed. No performer will be asked to do anything not previously agreed.
• Performers are never pressured, coerced, or financially incentivised to perform acts they are uncomfortable with.
• All bookings include a clear outline of what the production involves, the rate, the location, and the producer's identity.

2. Age Verification

We operate a strict age verification process:

• All performers must be 18 years of age or older. This is non-negotiable.
• Valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driving licence) is required from all performers before any booking is confirmed.
• ID documentation is stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and our privacy policy.
• We report any suspected under-age representation to the relevant authorities immediately.

3. Producer Vetting

All production companies and independent producers using our platform are vetted:

• Producers must register with valid identification and business information.
• We conduct due diligence on new producers before they can post casting calls.
• Producers found to be acting unethically, coercively, or illegally are permanently removed from the platform.
• We maintain records of all vetted producers and make this available to performers on request.

4. Fair Pay

We advocate for fair performer pay:

• Rates are market-rate and agreed before any booking is confirmed.
• Performers are paid the agreed amount in full, on time, through the platform.
• We do not accept deductions from performer payments without written agreement from the performer.
• We publish indicative rate ranges to help performers understand market rates.

5. Safe Working Conditions

All productions facilitated through Climaxx Media must meet the following standards:

• STI testing coordination is available and recommended for all performers. Testing requirements are agreed between producer and performer before booking.
• Clean, private changing facilities must be available at all shoot locations.
• Water, food, and breaks must be provided on all full-day shoots.
• A dedicated point of contact (producer or their representative) must be available throughout the shoot day.

6. Safeguarding

• We take safeguarding seriously and operate a clear referral process for performers showing signs of vulnerability or distress.
• We maintain a list of support organisations for performers and share these proactively.
• We do not knowingly work with individuals who are being coerced or trafficked. We report any suspected cases to the appropriate authorities.

7. Confidentiality

• Performer personal details are never shared with producers without explicit consent.
• Stage names are the norm and are respected by all parties.
• Content featuring performers is distributed only in accordance with the agreements made at the time of production.

8. Complaints and Reporting

Performers who experience any breach of this policy are encouraged to report it to us immediately via our contact page. We investigate all complaints and take appropriate action.
