How Do I Know The Performers Are Genuinely Verified?
Every performer submits age and identity documentation before their profile is published. Our team manually reviews each submission. If you need documentation evidence for a compliance audit, request it through your dashboard and we will provide it.
Can I Source Performers For European Shoots?
Yes. The platform includes performers across 30+ countries including Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, and Hungary. Filter by location on the talent map to see who is available in your shoot region.
Is There A Commission On Bookings?
No. Climaxx Media operates on a flat monthly membership fee. There is no commission charged on any booking or production, regardless of value.
What Happens If I Need To Cancel My Membership?
Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts on any plan.
Can Multiple Team Members Use One Producer Account?
Multi-user access with up to 5 seats is available on the Agency plan. Basic and Professional plans are single-user accounts.
Do You Offer STI Testing Coordination?
STI testing coordination is included as part of the Agency plan. We can advise on testing requirements and connect you with approved testing services. This service is not included in Basic or Professional plans but can be discussed on request.
