Climaxx Media Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we have taken to prevent modern slavery in our business and supply chains.
2. Our Business and Supply Chains
Climaxx Media Ltd operates as an adult talent agency and platform connecting performers with production companies in the UK and Europe. We also provide OnlyFans management services for adult content creators.
Our supply chain consists primarily of digital services (hosting, software, analytics) and individual contractors (performers, crew members, freelancers).
3. Our Policies
We maintain the following policies to combat modern slavery and human trafficking:
- Ethical Production Policy: Sets out minimum standards for performer welfare, consent, and working conditions.
- Age Verification Policy: Mandatory ID verification for all performers before any engagement.
- Safeguarding Policy: Procedures for identifying and responding to potential victims of exploitation.
- Whistleblowing Policy: Confidential reporting mechanism for concerns about exploitation or trafficking.
4. Due Diligence
We take the following steps to identify and address modern slavery risk:
- All performers are verified as 18+ with government-issued photo ID before any booking.
- All production companies are vetted before being permitted to post casting calls on our platform.
- We train our team to recognise signs of coercion, exploitation, and trafficking.
- We maintain records of all ID verification to support any investigations by law enforcement.
5. Reporting
Any person who suspects modern slavery or human trafficking in connection with our operations should contact us immediately via our contact page. We will refer any credible concerns to the National Crime Agency's Modern Slavery Helpline (0800 0121 700) or the police.
6. This Statement
This statement has been approved by the directors of Climaxx Media Ltd and will be reviewed annually.
